Make a Wish Card

Hi Crafty Friends! Stephanie here with a card highlighting Botanical Borders 2 stamp set! I just love these borders! I started by stamping the dandelion border stamp at the bottom of my A2 card panel using versamark embossing ink. I embossed with fine white embossing powder. Once that was set, I moved on to the individual dandelion. I cut out the full dandelion from the border, being very careful to not cut the dandelion next to it. I then stamped the single dandelion and embossed it in the same way. I then inkblended my summer sunset background using Scattered Straw and Abandoned Coral Distress Oxides ink. I think this color combo was perfect with the dandelion stamps. I added some gold watercolor splatters to add a bit of sparkle.

For the sentiment, I used the "make a wish" stamp from the same stamp set. I also embossed the sentiment with white embossing powder. Thanks for joining me and have a wonderful day!
