I'm so excited to be back today sharing another talented crafter that has agreed to work with Ink Blot Shop products as a guest designer!
Today's guest designer is...
Amy, tell us a little bit about yourself and your creative journey...
My journey with stamps began when I was a child, probably 8-10 years old--I bought a tiny little wood block stamp of a bear that I would stamp in my books while I was pretending to be a librarian. 18 years ago, while I was pregnant with my oldest daughter, one of my coworkers brought in a scrapbooking magazine and I got hooked on papercrafting. In about 2004, I was invited to my first Stampin' Up! Party and got addicted to stamps in a big way (heat embossing was completely mesmerizing to me).
Sometime around 2015, I started to use photopolymer stamps, which opened up loads of options creatively (and the use of a stamp positioner changed my stamping life for the better, practically overnight).
Since I work full-time, most of my crafting is done on weekday evenings when I have the time and energy and on weekends. I also go on as many crafty weekend retreats as possible with my friends--love this creative community.
You can find Amy's creative presence online in a few places:
You will mainly find her sharing her work on her Instagram account, but you might also find her sharing in a few Facebook groups like Share Handmade Kindness
Amy's card features images from the Superhero Bursts, Funny Faces, and Get Grounded stamp sets and sentiments from the Tiny Bubbles stamp set. I love how she created these fun creatures from the Superhero Burst images - so creative!
Stay tuned to Amy's Instagram account throughout the next few weeks as she shares more projects featuring Ink Blot Shop products.
I'll leave you with a couple little teasers of what she has coming up...
