Exchanges / Defective Merchandise
Please inspect your order upon reception and notify Ink Blot Shop LLC by e-mail immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.
Ink Blot Shop LLC has a 30-day exchange policy for defective merchandise, which means you have a maximum of 30 days after receiving your item to request an exchange. The exchange policy applies only to merchandise purchased directly from Ink Blot Shop LLC (www.inkblotshop.com). Exchanges are only applicable for defective merchandise. Exchanges for any other reason will not be honored. Please be sure to double check your order for accuracy before making payment.
To be eligible for an exchange, you must provide proof of any defect(s). You’ll also need to provide proof of purchase (such as your order number). Ink Blot Shop LLC will not be held liable for merchandise damaged in shipping. Ink Blot Shop LLC will not be held liable for an undelivered or damaged package. Ink Blot Shop LLC will not be held liable for merchandise sold through a third party.
To start the exchange process, please send an e-mail and wait for authorization prior to returning any defective merchandise. If your exchange is authorized, Ink Blot Shop LLC will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to Ink Blot Shop LLC without first requesting a return or exchange will not be accepted.
Returns
Returns will not be accepted. Please be sure to double check your order for accuracy before making payment.
Refunds
No refunds will be given.
