Hang In There Card

Hello and welcome!! It’s Laurie with you today to share a bright and fun card using a couple of NEW RELEASE products!! I hope you’ve had a chance to check out this release because it’s AH-mazing!!
I decided to use one of the stamps from the new Accent Borders set and a rainbow of colours! This card features repeat stamping. A stamp positioning tool comes in very handy with this technique but can certainly be done without one!

I started by lining the stamp against the scoreline of my top-fold card base. I used my Misti for this.
This stamp is approximately a 1/4” wide so it fits perfectly within the grids of the Misti paper. After stamping the first line, simply keep moving your card base up one line on the grid paper, leaving your stamp in place. Honestly, the hardest part of this is making sure the stamp is nice and clean before switching colours!
How fun is this?!! With a busy background l like to have a fairly bold sentiment. I chose one from the new Little Notes stamp set.
I thought it would be fun to have the “Hang in There” actually hanging from a banner. Just so happened that the sentiment fit perfectly onto a die I had in my stash!
