Hi there! It's Carol here today and I'm sharing a card using the Party Monster stamp set. Oh my goodness you guys, I just love this little guy! His expression is absolutely priceless!!
I pulled out my Copic markers to give him some color as well as add little dots all around for some texture. My daughter told me that he's so grumpy he broke out in hives because his mom is making him have a party! I'm totally going with her view. LOL! After that, I fussy cut him out, then moved onto stenciling the background using the Pixel Grid stencil. I die cut that with a circle die from my stash and I popped up the party monster on top. I added the Let's Party sentiment (also from the set) and heat embossed the word Hey from the Solid Sayings stamp set. I popped up the word Hey and added it to the card front. I layered everything onto some orange card stock and added the entire panel to the front of my card.
To finish it off, I added a few sequins here and there for a little bling and I also added some glossy accents to the party hat and balloon. I hope this card puts a smile on your face today, I know it sure makes me smile!
