Hooray Card

Hello Ink Blot Shop friends, Annette Allen here with you today and I am sharing a card that has a lot to say. To me this is a card you send someone just because. For sure to bring a smile. I created this card using Ink Blot Shop…

Superhero Burst stamp set
Superhero Burst stencils
Winging It stamp set
Pixel Grid with Pixel Grid Masks stencils
Rainbow Splatter Paint Envelopes

Stencils are so universal and always fun to ink up, so let’s get started.
I started with cutting my card base on white cardstock. I always fold my cards using a bone folder so I get a clean straight fold. This card is measured at 4 1/4 x 5 1/2.

I started with the Superhero Bursts stencils and various inks. At first I was going to fill the card with these cool Superhero Bursts but after inking up the first three I knew exactly where I was going with the design of this card. Don’t you just love when it all comes together like that?

Now using the Pixel Grid stencil only at the lower half I added the design using the same color combo.
The background is ready for those fun sentiments. I wanted it to be wild and fun and well I think I succeeded. What do you think?

I then stamped this adorable Winging It image and colored it using Copic Sketch markers R81, Y32, Y35, E42, E41 and B01. I fussy cut the image and added it to my card using foam adhesives.

Finishing up with a little bling. I added three Ocean Breeze Jewels. This card perfectly matches up with the colorful and fun Rainbow Splatter Paint envelopes.

This card was very simple to create and I got to use multiple sets from the Ink Blot Shop collection.

Thanks for stopping by.

Have a colorful and fun day.

Happy Crafting,
Annette Allen
