Let’s Celebrate Card

Happy Hello Ink Blot Shop friends, Annette Allen here with you today and I am sharing a card that I created using:

- Decorative Borders stamp set
- Tiny Bubbles stamp set
- Sentiment Label Blocks stamp set

I was in a colorful mood… which means the more color the better. I think it just makes for a happy card and with these fun Decorative Borders you can go wild with color. I started with cutting my card base on kraft card-stock. I always fold my cards using a bone folder so I get a clean straight fold. This card is measured at 4 1/4 x 5 1/2.

Using my Misti I stamped this border from the Decorative Borders directly onto my card base. I stamped in different colors for each row. I say use your favorite inks to stamp with.

I cut a couple of banners and stamped these fun sentiments from the Sentiment Label Blocks. This stamp set is full of sentiments that you can mix and match, to create a fun message on your card.

The YOU sentiment is from the Tiny Bubbles. I stamped the cloud image and then the YOU sentiment in the center using a fun ink color. I fussy cut around the cloud.

Now time to add those sentiments to the center of your card. I used foam tape, so the sentiment had a little dimension. A simple, colorful and fun card that I have to send to a special friend. Go wild with color and have fun stamping.
