Let's Party. Card

Hi there! It's Theary back on the blog today. I wanted to share a simple card I created using some products from the shop. The Envelope Mail Art stamp set is not only for decorating the exterior of an envelope, but you can easily incorporate it onto your card front. For example, the card I am sharing today uses the star border stamp from the set to create a frame on my card front. It was super easy to align with the help of the Alignment Guide. I also used the Party Monster stamp set and stamped the cute monster and the sentiment onto the center of the card front. I wanted to keep this card relatively simple, so I chose a neutral color palette with a light pop of red. I also went in with glossy accents to give the stars and balloon more dimension. To finish the card, I attached it to a red piece of cardstock slightly larger than my card panel; and adhered it to a top folding card base.
