Hello, Hello!!! It’s Laurie with you today sharing my first ever project as a Design Team member!! I’m SO excited and feel so blessed to be able to share some of my creations using Tifany’s AMAZING products!
I’ve created a card that can be used for many occasions. These are my favourite types of cards to make and have on hand. This way I can be sure to always have a card ready to go for any last minute occasions!
I’ve mixed and matched a few different sets for this card. Do you mix things up when stamping or do you prefer sticking to one set? I love the fact that so many of the stamp sets in the shop work together so it’s hard for me to pick just one :)
I started by painting a simple watercolour background using some “vintage looking” colours. The two adorable bunnies are from the Flopsy Forest Friends (aka my new fave critter set!). I’m no watercolour expert which I think worked in my favour as the scene sort of has a storybook feel to it.
Before assembling the card front, I stamped “love you” on the inside of the card. This sentiment came from the Flair Greetings set.
Because I love dimension, I used foam adhesive to adhere everything (except the grass) to the card front THEN used more foam tape to adhere the panel to a top-fold card base. A little sparkle pen and Crystal Glaze to the heart finish this card off!
