Miss You Card

Hello Ink Blot Shop friends, Annette Allen here with you today and I am sharing a card that I created using:
I always need a card to tell someone that I miss them or just thinking of them. The sets that I used today can be used for many different special occasions to send a happy message to someone special.
I started with cutting my card base on white card-stock. I always fold my cards using a bone folder so I get a clean straight fold. This card is measured at 4 1/2 x 5 1/4. Still fits into an A2 envelope.

Using my handy dandy Misti, I stamped the Happy Mail Background directly onto my card base. You can always stamp onto another piece and adhere it to your card base. I find stamping onto your card base helps with postage fees.
I colored all these fun envelopes using Copic Sketch markers. I say the more color the better. I didn't plan it out, I just picked colors that I love as I colored along.
I then stamped out this paper airplane on a separate piece of white card-stock and colored using Copic Sketch markers, then fussy cut around the image and added to my card base using foam adhesives. This gives the image a little dimension.

Finishing up with stamping the sentiment on a strip of white card-stock and adding a strip of designer paper behind it. I then added the sentiment strip to my card base.

Mix and match your Ink Blot Shop stamps to create fun scenes.

I hope you like this card as much as I do.
Thank you for stopping by.
