Hello, Ink Blog Shop friends! This is Jennifer Ingle here today with a fun Missing You card to share. This card design could easily be used for a birthday card or other 'date' related occasion, as well, simply by switching out the sentiment.
I started this one out with a white card panel. I stamped the borders, first, using my Misti to align them exactly where I wanted them. I then stamped the cute little notebook page image directly on the panel and then stamped it twice onto actual sticky notes. Yup. Good ol' sticky notes.
I fussy cut the sticky note stamped images (although... with this one it wasn't so fussy at all, actually!) and then added number stickers to each one to make them look like calendar pages. I curled the corners just a bit to give that 'fly off the wall' feel to the calendar, as well. I adhered the sticky notes over the image stamped on the panel to finish the look.
Finally, I stamped the sentiment in blue just below the little calendar.
This card was so much fun to create! I love the little calendar look and this stamp set made it so easy to achieve the look!
