Hello there! It's Theary back on the blog again. Today, I want to share a card I created using this super adorable stamp called "Koala Hugs."
I love critter stamps because I love to color them! I used the no-line coloring technique with alcohol markers for this project. I started by trimming down white card stock to 4 inches by 5.25 inches. Then, I stamped the image onto the card stock with a very light ink pad.
After coloring the image with alcohol markers, I stamped some leaves from the stamp set with black ink all over the card panel. Then, I went in and colored the images with alcohol markers.
I heat embossed the sentiment from the Solid Sayings set on black card stock, trimmed it down to size, and created a banner tip on both ends.
To finish the card, I adhered the card front to a black matted rectangle, then adhered it all to a side folding card base.
