Clouds & Waves is a 6" x 6" stencil set that includes 4 stencil pieces. Turn the Clouds & Waves stencil one direction to use the cloud borders, individual cloud images, and raindrops, and rotate it a quarter turn to use the wave borders, individual wave images, splashes, and swirls.
